Directions
We are currently working on getting more directions, but it is difficult to find online directions. Check back often for updates!
For North NJ:
- Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 4.
- Take Route 73 South about 10 miles to the Berlin traffic circle.
- Turn right on the second exit off the circle, between the Palace Diner and the McDonalds, onto Berlin-Cross Keys Road.
- At the third traffic light (about 1.4 miles from the traffic circle), make a right-hand turn onto Watsontown-New Freedom Road. There is a Wawa on the left and a Mobil station on the right.
- The entrance to Camp Pine Hill is 0.9 miles up the road, on the left.
From a reliable player, Jason Krips, that has lived near the camp:
The circle isn't really a circle anymore, but it makes it easier to get to Berlin-Crosskeys Rd.
Just get in the right hand lane after the Home Depot and Long John Silver's and head straight to the the exit for Berlin-Crosskeys. It just forks off the main road so you don't even have to slow down much. You'll know you're on the right road when you see King of Pizza on your left as you cross over route 30. Also, if you're heading there from route 30, just turn right at Berlin-Crosskeys (marked by the CVS and King of Pizza). Any way you head, it's a really simple drive.
If you're heading down Rt 42, there are two ways to get there. Route 42 will split before it enters Washington Township, if you go right you will pass through Washington Twp and turn left at the Sam's Club/ Halloween Spirit and follow Berlin-Crosskeys to Watsontown-New Freedom. This way takes about 10-15 minutes longer but is worth it if you forgot some costuming or need to pick up something for the event as you will pass a Wal-Mart, Halloween Spirit, and Halloween Adventures as well as some good restaurants. If you stay left during the Rt 42 split it will take you down the AC expressway, you will want to take exit 41 and pay the 40 cent toll then head left off the exit onto Berlin-Crosskeys.
