Strike of Midnight (Constant) You are considered to have two ranks of the Dirty Fighting skill. This grants you no benefit if you already have two or more ranks of the Dirty Fighting skill.
Does this mean you gain the first two ranks, or if you already have rank 1, you gain rank 2 and 3?

Strike of Midnight only grants the first two ranks of the Dirty Fighting skill.
